Trond has litigated complex and profiled cases at all levels of the national legal system, and in arbitration. He has also litigated and won cases before the European Court of Human Rights (EMD). His fields of expertise comprise all aspects of commercial litigation, inter alia, disputes concerning material and IPR rights, shareholding and valuation disputes, liability cases and insurance disputes. Trond advises businesses in the private and public sector, and has for more than ten consecutive years been appointed as the Attorney for the Governmental body constituting the Disciplinary Board for Lawyers.
