Simon leads the real estate development initiative at Thommessen and has extensive expertise in all aspects of real estate development, including administrative law and planning and building law.

Simon has extensive experience in assisting with all types of development projects, from smaller developments of individual properties to larger urban development projects and industrial projects. Over many years, Simon has been a key resource in several of Norway's largest real estate development projects. He also assists with real estate transactions, leasing of commercial properties, and other issues related to real estate law.
