Kristian joined Thommessen as a Partner in January 2024, transitioning from his role as Head of Corporate Finance at Arctic Securities. With over 15 years of experience in the Norwegian capital market, Kristian specializes in debt markets, particularly Nordic bonds. His expertise encompasses advising managers, lenders, borrowers, and various stakeholders across numerous capital market transactions.

Throughout his career, Kristian has been involved in numerous Nordic bond issuances and has been instrumental in several complex financial restructurings. Additionally, he has extensive experience in direct lending deals.
