Karoline Gloppen Managing Associate Advokat

Karoline works with dispute resolution and litigation, both for Norwegian courts and arbitration. She assists in a wide range of disputes, specializing in corporate law and white-collar crime. Karoline primarily focuses on liability cases, post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes, and insider trading cases. She also provides ongoing advice to clients related to corporate law and securities regulation.

Karoline is a member of Thommessen's compliance practice group, assisting clients with crisis management and advisory services, particularly related to ESG, corporate governance and management.

She is also responsible for Thommessen's contribution to the Bar Association's pro bono project, which aims to provide better access to free legal aid and increase the number of administrative cases in Norwegian courts.
