Kai-Ståle has several years of experience with M&A, capital markets transactions and corporate law. He has worked with Norwegian and international private equity funds, venture capital funds and infrastructure funds, and has advised Norwegian and international companies on both buy- and sell-side mandates on their strategic M&A and investments involving IT, industry and energy.
