Ingunn mainly works with competition law, foreign direct investments (FDI) and general EU/EEA law. She also has experience with contract law, compliance and public procurement.
Ingunn has gained extensive experience within merger control, both as a consultant in the Norwegian Competition Authority and as a lawyer. She has also been involved in several cases concerning investigations of anti-competitive cooperation and abuse of a dominant position, and regularly assists companies with competition law issues. The Legal500 2023 states that Ingunn is "a key name for merger control work".
