Inger Clem Senior Associate Advokat

Inger works mainly with competition/antitrust laws, the Norwegian Security Act and the rules on ownership control (FDI) and the EU regulation on foreign subsidies (FSR). She is experienced in handling competition matters within several industries, in particular the oil and gas and renewables industries, due to a secondment to Equinor. Thus, she has extensive experience in providing general competition law counselling, giving lectures and hosting workshops on competition laws, developing compliance programs and working on transactions/merger control matters. Further, Inger has experience with public procurement processes from the defense industry, such as classified procurements.
