Heidi works with competition law, as well as the rules of ownership control under the Security Act and the EU regulations regarding foreign subsidies. She has extensive experience in both national and international cases where companies are under investigation for violations of competition laws, and she has been involved in several complex merger control cases. Additionally, Heidi provides general competition law advice and regularly gives lectures and speeches on competition law. She has experience with various sectors and industries, including industry, shipping, telecom, food stuffs and financial markets. Heidi is ranked as a leading competition law attorney in several rankings.
