Hanna Håberg Senior Associate Advokat

Hanna primarily advises on issues relating to competition law, state aid and general EU/EEA law.

As a Senior Associate Hanna assists Norwegian and international companies with complex competition law matters. Hanna in particular has experience with assessing commercial agreements and consortia, and regularly assists clients with compliance related questions, e.g. in relation to information exchange. Hanna also advises clients on all aspects of transactions, from risk analyses to merger filing process, to integration planning and closing.

Furthermore, Hanna has experience with the state aid rules and the framework it sets for the administration of public resources, the allocation of state aid and the organization of publicly owned companies. In addition, Hanna has expertise in procedural state aid issues, including experience with complaint cases for the EFTA Surveillance Authority from both the public's and the private's perspective.
