Åse primarily advises on issues relating to public procurement and competition law. Åse has experience from a broad variety of procurement processes and major projects in the public sector. She has specialized experience with classified procurements and a background from the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, where she served as a strategic and legal advisor on major defense acquisitions.
