Anniken advises lenders, borrowers and other stakeholders on a broad range of financing transactions. She has substantial experience across industries and sectors, handling bank and fund financings, bond issuances and other debt-market transactions. She routinely manages complex, cross-border deals and often serves as local counsel in international financings.

Her practice spans all stages of a financing, with particular expertise in acquisition finance, real estate, shipping and offshore, aviation and project finance. She advices, among others, Norwegian and international banks, arrangers, funds, bondholders, bond trustees and corporate borrowers.

With the rapid expansion of the Nordic high‑yield bond market, Anniken has increasingly specialised in bond transactions. Notably, she advised PolarDC on the placement of the largest bond ever issued in the Nordic high‑yield market.
