Anna Serina Natvik Managing Associate Advokat

Anna started as a Managing Associate at Thommessen October 1, 2024. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including several years as a lawyer both in a law firm and as in-house counsel. Anna has been with TotalEnergies for the past 12 years, with the last 8 years in various commercial positions, most recently as Commercial Director. She thus possesses a very broad and extensive expertise in oil and gas.
Throughout her years at the law firm Schjødt and her time as a senior lawyer at TotalEnergies, Anna has gained substantial experience with a range of legal issues related to oil and gas. She has significant experience with field development contracts, procurement contracts, agreements on third party access to existing infrastructure, gas infrastructure matters, oil and gas related M&A, questions related to the standard joint operating agreement on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and regulatory matters related to doing business on the NCS, as well as oil, and gas sales agreements, rig contracts, and the purchase and licensing of seismic data. Anna also has substantial experience in negotiations—both as a lawyer and in commercial roles. In addition to oil and gas, Anna has experience with CCS projects, both in relation to the regulatory framework and negotiations.
After several years as in-house counsel at TotalEnergies, as well as various commercial positions, Anna has in-depth industry knowledge and a practical approach to resolving the various matters.
