Due to high demand, we have decided to change the location of the seminar to a larger venue, that can accommodate more people. We will now meet at Cort Adelers gate 30, right next to our office.

The doors open at 13.00 for a mingling session with some food, and we hope you are able to join us before the formal session starts at 14.00.

  • Christopher Sparre-Enger Clausen, Partner Advokat

    Christopher heads Thommessen’s Technology and Data Protection practice group and specialises within M&A, technology and data protection law. He has extensive experience from both domestic and international M&A and IT-projects, and regularly provide clients with legal and strategic advise within a broad range of areas relating to digitalisation and technology, such as data protection, cybersecurity, outsourcing, licensing, cloud computing, software development, as well as IP and regulatory matters pertaining to IT and telecommunications.

  • Solveig Fagerheim Bugge, Partner Advokat

    Solveig joined Thommessen in 2003 and is a partner in the transaction group. She advises clients on private and public M&A transactions as well as capital markets transactions, and focuses particularly on PE clients and investment banks.

    Solveig is ranked as a "Leading Individual" in Capital Markets and "Next Generation Partner" in Commercial, Corporate and M&A in Legal500, and ranked in Capital Markets: Equity in Chambers & Partners. She is also ranked among the top 10 lawyers in Norway in Issues and IPOs in Kapital's annual lawyer survey.

    Espen is a trusted adviser to organizations developing and implementing their mission-critical digitization strategies. He typically advice the largest organizations in the private sector with their sourcing of services within development, transformation, maintenance and operation of business-critical IT and business processes. He is ranked as one of Norway's leading lawyers within this field in national and international directories.

  • Lars Martin Sveen, Partner Advokat

    Lars Martin joined Thommessen in 2012 and has advised on a number of small and large cap M&A transactions. He also assists clients on all matters relating to corporate and securities law, and advise on equity capital markets work. In addition, he has experience from working with a large range of corporate issues from his position as in-house lawyer in Aker Solutions for 3 years, where he was deputy head of legal for the group's largest business area.

  • Nicolai Julsvoll, Partner Advokat

    Nicolai has several years of experience with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions, and acts for numerous Norwegian and international private equity houses, investment banks, stock exchange listed companies and private companies. He has worked with a wide group of different clients and has advised national and international companies on both buy- and sell-side mandates in strategic M&A transactions. Nicolai has also advised companies and investment banks on numerous offerings and IPO's within various business sectors.
